The Fall of The Raiders

What's really good in Oakland these days? Things weren't looking funny till recently when the media started covering an incident regarding violence between Raider's head coach Tom Cable and a former assistant.
"Defensive assistant Randy Hanson has alleged he was punched by Cable during training camp and his jaw was broken. Hanson also has claimed Cable threatened to kill him" SOURCE
It is being said that not only did the alleged offense break civil laws, but it goes again the NFL's personal code of conduct. If this is the case, Cable might be facing disciplinary actions from the league as well. Commissioner Roger Goodell is known for being strict with player conduct, and will be even more strict with the coaches.

If you really get down and dirty with the teams recent history, Tom Cable isnt the only bad apple in the bunch.  Cable has been heading the Raider's program for only a year (since replacing Lane Kiffin who went on the coach with the Tennessee Volunteer) and has had to deal with team owner, Al Davis. Davis is more of a problem being how he fancies himself like a coach, and holds all the power on the team.

The good thing about having someone like Al on your team is that he's just nutty enough to do something like fight the NFL on suspending his coach!

SIDENOTE::: To add insult to injury, we found a video that names Oakland's QB, JaMarcus Russell, as one of the leagues struggling quarterbacks.
