Kelis was feeling a little carttoon-ish last week. She was spotted with a pink plastic, skin-tight jumpsuit, a salt-n-pepper hair do with a rat tail, and looney tune looking Alexander McQueen platforms. Not to mention her bull nose ring, statue of liberty head gear, and feather lashes.
