Damn. Monica chatted with the folks over t Vibe about her break up with longtime boo, Rocko. According to her, she woke up one day to the horrible rumors of him being unfaithful. Apparently the rumors proved to be true because just 2 weeks ago, she tweeted an update telling her fans that she is ok and did what was best for her and the kids.
